We quickly relate the word truth to what actually happened in a specific place or with sincerity that is nothing more than the lack of pretending in the things that are said or done, But how can we know when someone tells the truth? Or What is true in the whole story that tells us this person? It could be said that if there is no degree of trust towards that person who tells you what happened, any ordinary person would distrust and evaluate first the evidence that exists of what was said so that he could know the truth. Which leads us to infer that truth is related to the tests and depending on what they throw or indicate we will prove the truth or the falsehood that has what they tell us.

Clear example is a trial, in any court, because the prosecution accuses, demands and presents evidence of the crime for which they accuse a person; This in turn presents its evidence and the judge is the one that evaluates and dictates a sentence based on what could be demonstrated of what supposedly happened. Regardless of who is right, we realize that things are not so easy at moment to discover the truth because each person will have its truth to tell and its tests to show, and if we go to the case that we have two friends who told us two different versions of what happened in one place, The question we would ask ourselves is which of the two do I believe? That is why being a judge is not easy because it is up to evaluate two different truths and decide which is the real truth (I say two truths because although it sounds strange and we know that there should only be a truth if we analyze well the two people who are in the court Nothing more for the simple fact that they stand before the judge to say what happens means that they are convinced that they can prove their truth or their innocence in the case of the accused) is why it the philosophers say that to reach the Justice we must walk the road of truth and personally I give them the reason, so that justice is done, it is necessary to discover the truth and thus to punish in a fair way the offender of the law.

Speaking about these judicial processes where everything turns around in discovering the truth so that justice is done, we can observe that in the law there are two types of truths:

The first is "the true truth" which is nothing more than the description of the facts as they happened; The second is "the procedural truth" that is that which results from the evaluation of the evidence and evidence of the process (although these do not conform to what happened in reality) For example a punishable fact either derives from knowing the truth of the facts to do justice but if there is no valid evidence, there will be no legal consequence or sanction for that person who committed the crime, so that there will be no justice, because they were based on facts not real; Thing that happens commonly in the courts. Like that time when being in law classes, a professor showed us a sentence that contained a procedural truth. The case was that a person accused of homicide sought a lawyer, being alone with his lawyer in "lawyer-client confidentiality", confesses that he does murder the person; Knowing this, the lawyer plays to defend his client not trying to prove his innocence, but seeking to delegitimize the evidence that exists against him and in turn to look for some void or vice in the procedure, until finding and thus be able to prove that there was a breach Of the procedural requirements for detention. In that case, the law prevents the accused from being convicted, and although everyone knew that the person was the murderer, the judge released him, because there was not enough evidence against him, incredible no? And just think that like this there are many more cases of which it is not possible to discover the truth and people are unjustly released after committing a crime.

Analyzing all this theme of truth, the evidence, justice, the basis of what they tell us and such things; We can understand that if something is true, is that we can not know the whole truth, unless we are in the place of the facts because each person will tell us his version of history seeing it from his point of view. Regarding injustices, we also know that up there is a God who down sees and he is the only one who really knows what happened in each particular case, because humanly speaking it is impossible to know what actually happened when we were not present.

On the other hand, when we know that the versions change, that each one tells a different version of the fact, that the evidence is manipulable, that judges have to abstain from depriving a person who actually knew that he was guilty; We find it harder to believe in something we do not see. Now we know that God knows the truth, as we also know that he alone can judge fairly, for he does know what actually happened. That is why, sometimes we hear that they say that the only one who can judge us is God and I am convinced that someday He will judge those people who today made fun of the law and the families that ruined with their evil, so I conclude Leaving them this great verse of the Bible that says: "For the Lord is a lover of righteousness, and takes care of his saints; they will be kept safe for ever; but the seed of the evil-doers will be cut off." Psalms 37:28 and as God is not mistaken and is the only one who knows The truth, let us leave everything in his hands today, He will judge the one who lies and will work so that everything comes to light sooner or later.

¿Y al final quien sabe la verdad?

Rápidamente relacionamos la palabra verdad con lo que en realidad pasó en un lugar en específico o con sinceridad que no es más que la falta de fingimiento en las cosas que se dicen o hacen, pero, ¿Cómo podemos saber cuándo alguien dice la verdad? O ¿Qué hay de cierto en toda la historia que nos cuenta dicha persona? Se podría decir que si no existe un grado de confianza hacia esa persona que te cuenta lo sucedido cualquier persona común desconfiaría y evaluaría primero las pruebas que existen de lo dicho para así poder saber la verdad. Lo que nos lleva a inferir que la verdad está relacionada con las pruebas y que dependiendo de lo que arrojen o indiquen demostraremos la verdad o la falsedad que tiene lo que nos dicen.

Claro ejemplo es un juicio, en un tribunal cualquiera, pues la fiscalía acusa, demanda y presenta las pruebas del delito por la cual acusan a una persona; este a su vez presenta sus pruebas y el juez es el que evalúa y dicta una sentencia basándose en lo que se pudo demostrar de lo que supuestamente ocurrió. Independientemente de a quien le den la razón nos damos cuenta que las cosas no son tan fáciles a la hora de descubrir la verdad pues cada persona tendrá su verdad que contar y sus pruebas que mostrar, y si vamos al caso de que tenemos dos amigos que nos cuentan dos versiones distintas de lo que paso en un lugar, la pregunta que nos haríamos es ¿a cuál de los dos le creo? Por eso es que ser juez no es nada fácil pues le toca evaluar dos verdades diferentes y decidir cuál es la real (digo dos verdades porque aunque suene extraño y sabemos que solo debería existir una verdad si analizamos bien las dos personas que están en el juzgado nada más por el simple hecho de que se paren delante del juez a decir lo que paso quiere decir que están convencidos de que pueden demostrar su verdad o su inocencia en el caso del acusado) es por eso que los filósofos dicen que para llegar a la justicia debemos caminar por el camino de la verdad y personalmente les doy la razón pues para que se haga justicia se debe descubrir la verdad y así sancionar de manera justa al infractor de la ley.

Hablando sobre estos procesos judiciales donde todo gira entorno en descubrir la verdad para que se haga justicia, podemos observar que en el derecho existen dos tipos de verdades:
la primera es la verdad verdadera que no es más que la que describen los hechos tal como sucedieron; la segunda es la verdad procesal que es aquella que resulta de la evaluación de los autos y pruebas del proceso (aunque estas no se ajusten a lo que paso en realidad) por ejemplo un hecho punible cualquiera deriva de que se sepa la verdad de los hechos para hacer justicia pero si no hay pruebas validas, no habrá una consecuencia jurídica o sanción para esa persona que cometió el delito, de manera que no habrá justicia, pues se basaron en hechos no reales; Cosa que pasa comúnmente en los tribunales. Como aquella vez que estando en clases de derecho, un profesor nos mostró una sentencia que contenía una verdad procesal. El caso fue que una persona acusada de homicidio busco un abogado, estando solo con su abogado en “confidencialidad abogado-cliente”, le confiesa que sí asesino a la persona; sabiendo esto, el abogado juega a defender a su cliente no tratando de probar su inocencia, sino buscando deslegitimizar las pruebas que existen en su contra y a su vez buscar algún vacío o vicio en el procedimiento, hasta encontrar y poder así demostrar que hubo un incumplimiento de los requisitos de procecibilidad para la detención. En tal caso, la ley impide que el acusado sea condenado, y a pesar de que todos sabían que esa persona era el asesino, el juez lo dejo en libertad, debido a que no se hallaron pruebas suficientes en su contra ¿increíble no? Y solo pensar que como este hay muchos casos más de los cuales no se logra descubrir la verdad y quedan injustamente personas en libertad después de cometer un delito.

Analizando todo este tema de la verdad, las pruebas, la justicia, las bases que se tienen de lo que nos dicen y esas cosas; Podemos entender que si algo bien es cierto es que no podemos saber la verdad completa, a menos que estemos en el lugar de los hechos pues cada persona nos contara su versión de la historia viéndolo desde su punto de vista. Referente a las injusticias, también sabemos que allá arriba hay un Dios que para acá abajo ve y él es el único que sabe en realidad que sucedió en cada caso en particular, pues humanamente hablando nos es imposible saber lo que en realidad paso cuando no estuvimos presentes.

Por otro lado, cuando sabemos que las versiones cambian, que cada quien cuenta una versión diferente del hecho, que las pruebas son manipulables, que los jueces se tienen que abstener de privar de libertad a una persona que en realidad sabían que era culpable; nos es más difícil creer en algo que no vemos. Ahora bien, sabemos que Dios si sabe la verdad, como también sabemos que es el único que puede juzgar de manera justa pues Él sí sabe lo que en realidad pasó. Por eso, a veces escuchamos que dicen que el único q nos puede juzgar es Dios y estoy convencido de que algún día juzgará a esas personas que hoy en día se burlaron de la ley y de las familias que arruinaron con su maldad, por eso concluyo dejándoles este gran versículo de la Biblia que dice: “porque Dios ama la justicia y no abandona a quienes son fieles, el señor los protegerá, pero acabará con la descendencia de los malvados” Salmos 37:28 y como Dios no se equivoca y es el único que sabe la verdad, dejémosle hoy todo en sus manos, el juzgará al que miente y obrará para que salga todo a la luz tarde o temprano.

Así que mis amigos me despido con esta hermosa frase.

Las personas mienten pero Dios es la verdad, el camino y la vida, confía en Él, la verdad saldrá a la luz más temprano que tarde!!
