Fish Linarang in my Kitchen

When the heavy rain strikes, I cooked a soup for our dinner meal yesterday.
I share you how to do this..

Ingredients;
vegetable oil, riped tomato cut into cubes, white onions cut into cubes, ginger sliced crush, lemongrass, fish cut into half, sinigang mix, kalamansi, patis or fish sauce, fish broth cubes, salt and pepper to taste, spring onion cut into half inch for garnish.

Procedure;
first preheat the pan
and then sautee the ripe tomato until its cooked and smashed
and then add the white onions, ginger,
next is add the fish and lemongrass, then add water wait until its boiled
after they boiled add the fish broth cubes, patis, half teaspoon of sinigang mix, salt and pepper
and the last is you squeezed the 2pcs. of kalamansi.
if the fish is already cooked.. transfer it to a bowl and garnish the spring onion and then served.

it's easy and convenient to cook this kind of soup. you try it.. you love it!!
