The Cicada (or Chicharra) is one of the strangest insects that can exist. It remains underground for about 13 years, developing as a larva before hatching and once it comes to the surface, its life will only last a maximum of three days, which it uses to reproduce while it sings. Truly a fleeting life.

Permanece bajo tierra por unos 13 años, desarrollandose como larva antes de nacer y una vez que sale a la superficie, su vida durará apenas un máximo tres dias, que usa para reproducise mientars canta.
