Carajay

Carajay are crispy slices of pork belly that were boiled with spices and then deep fried until golden brown and crispy.Carajay can be eat with a spicy vinegar,onion dipping sauce and bagoong also works great.Carajay can be enjoyed as a main dished with rice or as an appetizer or pulutan.
