Josh Sigurdson does another quick Freedom Minute update! Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of rock legend Elvis Presley has recently admitted that the 100 million dollar fortune she inherited on her 25th birthday in 1993 has now been reduced to a mere $14,000!
She's now suing her former business manager Barry Siegel for "reckless mismanagement."
In this video we explain what individuals can learn from this mess. Don't trust others with your money. Don't trust banks with your money. Don't trust governments with your money. Be financially responsible and individually self sufficient or face the consequences. Responsibility is the hallmark of freedom itself and the notion of losing such a vast sum of money is absurd. There's no excuse for it other than depending on other people and being incredibly careless.

If people want to use debt to fund extravagant lifestyle that's their problem. I couldn't care less about that sort of person who will be the first to fall during an economic collapse. I care about the honest people who've had their savings squandered by irresponsible governments debasing currency, I care about people who's jobs have been exported abroad, I care about hard working individuals who are just scraping by. People who spend recklessly are a burden on society and eventually their time will come.
