Achievement 2 @joshaa : Basic Security on Steem

Hello Steemians! This is my Achievement 2 post .

Question 1: Have you retrieved all your keys on Steemit?

Yes, I have saved all my keys. I downloaded the PDF file. I also wrote them in my notebook offline and it's kept offline in a safe place were only me can assess it

Question 2: Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes.

1. Posting Key: For login, voting, posting and commenting
2. Active Key - For wallet related actions like Power Up, transfers
3. Owner Key - To recover account or change other keys
4. Memo Key - To encrypt or decrypt memos in transfers
5. Master Password - Used to generate all other keys.

Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master password safe?

I saved the PDF in Google Drive. I also saved in email drive.I also wrote it in a physical notebook kept at home where only me can assess them

Question 4: Do you know how to transfer your Steem token to another Steem user account?

Yes. Wallet. STEEM pulldown. Transfer. Enter username. Enter amount. Enter memo. Sign with Active Key.

Question 5: Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Yes. Wallet. STEEM pulldown. Power Up. Enter amount. Sign with Active Key.

My Power Up:
I Powered Up 0.001 STEEM to SP. Steemit mobile showed no confirmation. History was blank due to a Mobile network problem. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain. Steemit wallet still syncing. Current SP verified on ,SteemWorld.org as 10.71 SP.
