Delicious Adobong Kangkong.
This is Adobong Kangkong and it is a vegetable version of the cooking process, adobo, wherein swamp spinach simmered in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic take center stage. Aside from delicious, it's healthy to eat because it has many nutrients you've got in this food. And they said if you eat a vegetables you may have a healthy life.
