There is a problem facing this country. With an incarceration rate between 400-500 per 100,000 from 2007-20017 as a recent example and with prison sentences being anywhere from two to 10 times longer than many countries in Europe or Canada. Creating the worlds largest incarceration population punishment system plaguing America.

 This federal punishment system stems from the need of central government to maintain power. In order to maintain that power, it must try to mold and control human behavior of the people in its territory. Central government’s life blood is to fight the notion that individuals and local communities can self-govern or that centralized knows better than individuals and local communities how to run life. From central governments nature no matter the form, style or who’s running it flows prohibitions, regulations, the need for corruption, secrecy, abuse, the need to grow their size, scope, and the desire to expand its territory. Just so it can try and prove that it can and should mold and control life. All that results from this is the suffering and destruction of individuals lives and communities.

     What is the platform of dissolving the federal government? When elected and sworn in Adam Kokesh will sign one executive order laying out the process and taking the federal government through an orderly bankruptcy manner. With this order he will resign as President to become more of the custodian of the dissolving federal government. The only thing he will hold onto will be the ability to pardon. He will pardon every person convicted of a victimless crime like Ross Ulbricht, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning, Schaffer Cox, Jeremy Hammond, Leonard Peltier and hundreds of thousands more under federal law.

It means giving individuals back their lives and understanding their self-ownership and rights to inquire, investigate, reason, experiment, judge, live their lives as they see fit and others the same respect without the fear of a federal agency interference.
