Life is about taking it all in, not halfway.
”Life is about taking it all in, not halfway.”
What generally paralyzes is fear, the not wanting to take risks, living totally restrained, limited, and this in good measure (in my opinion) implies a great distrust of oneself.
Much of this may be due to some things learned from childhood, unfortunately many times children are instilled with fears that are not their own, that is, they are not their own but are taught to be afraid, they are usually fears that parents learned to assume at some point, and that unwittingly "inherit them to their children ".

I must say at this point that our parents do not do things for fear of us or to make us afraid, I do not think so, but since they themselves most of the time are not aware of their fears, because they prefer to put them aside, not to face them, and we cannot judge them, in the end it is not easy to face what you fear.
After one becomes an adult it is difficult to get rid of them, because they are already so ingrained in our pattern of behavior that we can generally not assume it as a limitation and we continue to drag them into our old age, we can die with or for them...
Can't you think, for example, that the limitations we put on ourselves shouldn't be?
I think that even though it's a complicated task to get rid of so many learned fears, it's something we have to do, just so we can enjoy life much more, every single moment, without thinking about how bad it will be if we do this or that.
Certainly, the chances of things happening to us that are not so good are always there, even while we sleep, unfortunate events could happen to us, but we should not focus on that, because the chances of absolutely nothing happening to us are greater, or on the contrary, that what happens to us is totally good, but we could miss it because of fears?
Being aware of this is the first thing, taking on our fears and facing them is the first step to overcome them, we can all do it, it is necessary to do it.
So you have to live... living.
