Complete 180 : Turning My Life Around

Starting With My Health

I will be showing and documenting my health journey here on Steemit and I hope this will keep me accountable and maybe inspire some other Steemit users to reach their fitness goals.

I have been going to the gym the last four days and taking photos of my cardio results and I have been measuring my body with a tape measurer.

I will be posting some photos of my workouts, my meals, and my measurements of weight and body measurements. And maybe photos of my body.

Here are my starting stats:

Weight 263 pounds

Body Fat 45.6%
Chest 50.0"
Hips 44.0"
Waist 55.0"

The main goal now is to lose body fat, and I do not care about muscle lose or gain. I have trained in the gym for body building for about 5 years, and I now am only concerned with dropping the body fat percentage.

What I'm Eating

I am not really counting any calories, but I am eating as clean as possible and I am taking in very little carbs from rice, bread, oats, pasta and any other items that will give me carbs, like fruits.

But I am eating anything green like broccoli, green beans, spinach, romaine lettuce, all the common sense foods that I should be eating. But the coming weeks I will get more dialled in with the calories and food items needed to drop on a more scientific level.

But as for now get healthy food in and get to the gym 4-6 times a week is the mindset.

So it's working but not the fastest results. My goal is 180 pounds and to reach that I know I have to get my food intake down to a science. I'll keep track with Steemit, and blog about my journey and maybe this will keep me accountable.
