Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "I Will Never Ever" as part of my participation in this contest
What does the phrase "never ever" mean?
To the best of my understanding and experience, the phrase "never ever" is always used to strongly emphasize that we don't want something to happen again, now or in the future. It is simply an intense determination and intense refusal to allow something to happen. A perfect example, is me saying all the time that I will never ever give up* which means I am absolutely committed to not giving up, no matter what happens to me.
What is one thing you promised yourself never to do again in this life?
As a man and someone who values his peace of mind, I promise myself that I will never let negative people drain my energy or peace of mind again. Life is too short for me to give my joy away to those who don't value it.
Share an experience that led to your making that statement.
My experience goes this way: there was a time in my life that I constantly tried to please everyone, even those who never appreciated my efforts. I do overextend myself and end up feeling unfulfilled and exhausted. There was a day in my life that I realised that peace of mind is more valuable than approval from people. It was from that moment that I decided to protect my energy and only give my best to people who genuinely care about me.
If you had an opportunity to change one thing in your past, what would that be?
If I had an opportunity to change one thing in my past, it would be: I'd spend less time doubting myself and more time believing in my abilities. Self-doubt delays many dreams and opportunities that could have started earlier, but I'm grateful for the lessons I have learnt from it, which have encouraged me to grow.
