SEC-S7W3 – Drawing my photo
Hello friends I welcome you to my post, where I have drawn a BMW i8 car. I so much loved the car, and without doubt it is my dream car that I wish to get in the future. Although, if I could afford to get the money now, I would definitely buy the BMW i8 car without thinking twice because I loved it so much.
Why did you choose to photograph this? |

The BMW i8 is my car of choice since it is a very durable car with a winning combination of a powerful engine and a smooth ride that can pass any kind of road.
In addition, I chose the photograph because of my love for the BMW i8, as I have earlier said. It is my dream car. Let's take a look at how i have drawn my favorite car.
| How do I draw a BMW i8 car? |

In drawing the BMW i8 car, I make use of the following materials:
- pencil
- Plain paper
- Inraser

- Using pencils, I draw the basic shapes of the BMW i8 car using extremely fine lines.
- After drawing the basic shapes, I then draw the placement of the grille, radiator, bumper, and headlight in the front section using really fine lines. which I also sketch out the wheels and the two side mirrors.
- I then began to trace the hood's line, where the air intake is to be placed. After the trace, I then began to sketch the bumper of my favorite BMW i8, utilizing curved lines. At this point, I remove all extra lines from the car's front.
- Finally, after sketching and drawing, I begin to add some shadows to make the drawing look attractive and bold enough.
How long did it take you to draw the image of your photograph? |

Well, it takes me 1:03 minutes to draw the image of my photograph. It has been a very long time since I drew, and the BMW i8 is not a car that can be easily drawn; it usually takes time to draw because of the shape of the car. In drawing the BMW i8, one has to be careful; if not, they may make a mistake that will lead them to start over.
What part was difficult for you to draw? |

During the time that I was drawing my favorite BMW i8, I faced some difficulty in drawing some parts, which are the grille, radiator, and bumper. In fact, the entire front part of the car was difficult for me, which is the reason you can see a lot of cancellation in the front part.

@josepha, I see you know cars and also that you like the most expensive ones, it is not easy to buy a vehicle of that range.
It just reminded me of my dear granddaughter saying she wants a Lamborghini lol.
Dedicate an hour of your time to make your drawing. Although it is somewhat difficult to draw due to the curvatures of the vehicle, you managed to define them very well.

Nice job, I am impressed by your skill of drawing images. I guess if I try, I can do something too but not as good besides my car is BMW x3 and i8 looks like too expensive for me. Weldon, my best wishes.

Yes, I like it because I spent AU$78k to buy it in 2020. It's cool and powerful with a top speed of 225 km/hr.
