How i cook Egusi Soup using groundnut oil

Hello Steemians,
Today I'm here to discuss and also show you how you can cook groundnut oil Egusi soup that you can also use and eat with white rice nor any swallow of your choice.

Ingredients Used

  • Meat
  • Vegetables Leaf
  • Grendle Egusi
  • Onions
  • Fresh proper
  • Salt
  • Maggi
  • Groundnut Oil
  • Sachet Tomato

The steps I used in cooking my Groundnut Oil Egusi Soup

I wash and was the vegetables, I slice it and also Grendel the oinins and pepper. After I have finished doing all the washing and cleaning of my ingredients I then start by cooking the Meat.
Step 1: Wash my meat and put it inside pot an put it on fire.

Step 2: I slice Onions, put Maggi and Salt fore adding small water to it.

After I have finished cooking the meat to the point that it get soft to my taste I brought it down and started cooking the Groundnut Oil Egusi Soup with the steps below:

Step 1: I put groundnut oil on fire and allow it to hot

Step2: I Added onions and tomato to the groundnut Oil and allow it for 1minute

Step3: I then put in the Grendel Egusi and fry it

Step4: Iadded my available ingredients such as Salt, fresh Paper, Maggi and use spoon to mixed them together.

Step 5: I put the meat I have already Cook

Step: 6 I then put in the vegetables leaf to the soupl while on fire

Step 7: I added half cup of water and allow the soup to boil for some minute before I brought it down.

I started cooking this food at 5:25pm of yesterday being 27/06/2021 and ended it at around 7:10Pm of yesterday.
