A Migrants Journey In Europe; Rape, Beaten, And Forced To Have Sex For Money
17 year old, Becky, migrated from Nigeria in search for the European dream, only to end being physically abused and mentally beaten.
In freezing temperatures, they are forced to sell their bodies, feeling like they are giving away a part of their soul with every sexual act.
In 2016, around 11,000 Nigerian women arrived in Italy by sea, and in November, 2017, 26 Nigerian women, and girls were found dead in their attempt to cross the Mediterranean.
I can't even begin to imagine walking a day in the shoes of these women who were in search for an opportunity, in search for stability, and strength...
Nor can I begin to judge. It's real life from some out there, and I pray everyone overcomes their struggles. One day at a time.
Prostitution, and pimps are all over the world, but in knowing that, it does not lessen the value of these women or the mission behind these unfortunate acts. My heart goes out to all those in hardships and those who aren't trying to be supportive, and giving guidance.

Migrants fleeing from reality, and this is the price.
I do not deny the horrors and the tragedies of the war.
But humans have to withstand the problems of life. We are not animals that eat and drink without goals
We enjoy life in details that we do not normally expect
This is disheartening. Given the fact that I come from Nigeria. I know life isn't all rosy in my country, coupled with a lot of issues in the Country right now. But it breaks my heart to see or hear what my fellow Nigerians go through in other part of the world, just because they are looking for greener pastures. Nigeria may not be the best country in the world, but there's still hope for us. My thoughts go to all those people out there going through one pain or the other. May the good lord strengthen you and help you find your path.
This is very sad. Humanity already has the capacity to make all of us live well, but the social differences do not diminish.
I see a cultural problem as well. Even with news after news of what happens to many migrants, people continue to migrate to those countries where it is uncertain whether they will succeed. I believe it would be best if Nigerians united themselves to fight for their own country. I do not know the situation in Nigeria, but as a Brazilian, I can say that if the people of my country came together, we would be in a very different situation.
Pimps should get a bullet in the head
That's very sad story, women's alway try to migrate to develop countries for better living but end up in prostituton sometimes they have to do this to support there families in poor countries because they don't get good jobs.
It very sad as a Nigerian I keep reading how our young girls are being deceived and taken to different countries like Libya, ltaly for sex trade all in the name getting greener pastures. Should I blame the government or the girls?
It's not good news .Obviously it's dangerous news for our new generation so predictable our own opinion .Should take step about this then it will be minimize i think ..
So thanks a lot to sharing important news to green signal for young generation .So be careful
Best of luck my friend
This is quite disheartening, we all need to work together and make the society better

In most cases every great life we see started with a level of struggle. I hope her mind is strengthen enough to overcome this unfortunate act. One day she will tell her story from the comfort of her throne. #SayNoToRape
