ARMED REBELLION IN VENEZUELA?
ARMED REBELLION IN VENEZUELA?
On June 27, 2017 in the city of Caracas, a helicopter belonging to the CICPC (Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Body) flew over the seat of the Supreme Court of Justice, where it attacked the seat of the Judicial Power with 15 shots and 4 grenades, the person in charge of this operation was Oscar Pérez, former inspector assigned to the Air Transport Division of Cicpc, who used his position to steal the vehicle.
This act had the objective of alerting the population and asking them to apply Article 350 of the Venezuelan Constitution, where it contemplates disobedience to State institutions that contradict democracy and the republican tradition, because the Supreme Court of Justice It is constituted by magistrates illegally assigned and politically partial in favor of the National Government. Hours later, the following video began circulating throughout the country.
The next day, the government gave its statements regarding what happened and condemned the officials involved, blaming the opposition and calling them terrorists, as well as announcing that these actions were supported by North American intelligence agencies and finally informing that the Armed Forces and other police had begun the task of capturing those involved and interposed a dissemination of capture through INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization).
After a while began to circulate several videos of the group called "National Balance Movement" led by Oscar Perez, where they declared possible armed actions to retake control of the country and encourage the population to take to the streets based on articles 333 and 350 of the Constitution.
Article 333: This Constitution will not lose its validity if it ceases to be observed by act of force or because it is repealed by any other means than the one foreseen in it.
In such an eventuality, any citizen invested or citizen with or without authority, will have the duty to collaborate in the restoration of its effective validity.
Article 350: The people of Venezuela, faithful to its republican tradition, to its struggle for independence, peace and freedom, will ignore any regime, legislation or authority that contravenes democratic values, principles and guarantees or undermines human rights.
However, it was not until December 18, 2017 when this group published a video in their YouTube account called "Operation Genesis" where the group was adjudicated the assault on weapons occurred in the Fourth Platoon of the Bolivarian National Guard located in the Laguneta de la Montaña, in San Pedro De Los Altos, in the state of Miranda. Where the members of the group "Movimiento Equilibrio Nacional" take the power of 26 Kalashnikov brand rifles, model AK-103; 3 pistols 9mm, PGP model; 108 AK-103 chargers, 3 pistol chargers, 3,240 ammunition for AK-103 rifles and 67 9mm ammunition.
In the video description they said the following:
God and Jesus Christ gave us already the victory, Operation Genesis, an impeccable tactical operation where we continue to recover the weapons of the people and for the people, we legitimately accept article 333 and 350 of the National Constitution and we call on the armed forces that they enforce within the same Magna Carta Article 328 in order to restore the legal order of our nation and establish a dignified transitional government that allows the moral and economic reconstruction of our country.
On Monday, January 15 of this year, the Special Action Force (FAES) and the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) located the rebellion group at kilometer 16 of El Junquito. Where an armed confrontation began, national forces blocked all access to the sector and journalists were not allowed into the area. They began to circulate several videos recorded by Oscar Pérez on social networks, where he recounts what was happening.
Oscar Pérez mentions in his videos that he and his team tried to negotiate his delivery, but the mediators of the National Government did not accept and according to the videos at all times said that their mission was to kill them. Thing that causes great impact, because the Constitution or the Venezuelan Criminal Code does not establish the death penalty, because every individual has the right to a trial. Here is a compilation of the videos.
TRUTH OR SHOW?
It is somewhat controversial the amount of information that this group of rebellion publishes, that even participated in the CNN channel in the program of Fernando del Rincón, which made doubt a large part of the Venezuelan population about the veracity of this group or it was just a show mounted by the National Government to distract the population from the serious crisis that the country is experiencing. It is always expected that these groups operate in a silent and clandestine way so as not to raise suspicions, as has happened in the previous coups and military uprisings in the country, being a totally atypical situation.
Leave me in the comments what you think about it, do you think that this rebel group aimed to free Venezuela from the hands of a corrupt government? Or it was simply a show planned by the government to mislead the Venezuelan population.

No sé, yo no creo en esto.
Parece un show ¿cierto? Es algo un poco desconcertante, pues vivimos en un país donde no hay que confiar en nadie. Que tengas una muy linda noche, gracias por leer
Si, desde que el empezó a grabar esos vídeos todo parecía un show.
