MOURN ME A SONG. 💐 {A farewell poem to @surpassingoogle's mother}
Mourn me a song.
The mother who washed my infant head.
Has slipped into endless oblivion.
Burn me a candle.
I can't see my tears.
They like the storm so little.
Yet so painful as a thousand sword to the heart
Mourn me a song.
She was beautiful, she overcame the sinking sand of life.
She danced through fire for me.
She was out in the snow making it warm for me.
Hugging the sharp edges of pain.
Walking my mountain so my path my plain.
Why couldn't she stay a while.?
So i can show her the man i became?
Mourn me a song.
They say i need to try.
But all i want is to cry
Mourn me a song.
The light that makes me shine like a diamond.
Has quenched into blackness.
The air seem too cold.
The joy of life seem so painful
Mourn me a song.
They say it's okay if i weep.
The scar seem so deep.
It's all nightmare if i can't see her when i sleep
Mourn me a song.
My rarest diamond has slept to return no more.
My hibiscus flower has fought her battles.
And it's time she rest not to fight again
Bro! This is just great! Thumbs up.
