Bereft Of Comfort's Touch ~~~~~~~
Lonely echoes!
ricochets like emptiness
boomerangs over mountains.
on a sultry afternoon
where the hearts sits
on forlorn river banks
flipping memories of you
over and over again
I'm bereft of comfort's touch
like the warmness of the orange sun
after decades in the cold,
A sail away from me
like Gulliver's travels
far far and beyond.
in this sole rhapsody
grief is born
reddening eyes and flooding nose
Yesterday's smiles,
is filled in tears
because your absence
is loudly ringing!
like a cloudless sky
fermented like dew
when the sun is sleeping
Sleep o sun, for misery awake
and the clouds are whispering
rumbling little things
and bit by thousand bits
she will weep, weep for me
as it sit on metal banks
rusting away little dusts
eyes fixated on the ocean's horizon
for a beam of your return.
Pencils on papers
are too dumb to speak
of the tempest
engulfing my heavens
like the rain bereft of thunder
for how long, I wonder?
do I sit watching the days
slowly trekking by
without your name whispers
shall I sit in Solitude
listening to ripples
trickling aimlessly?
in anticipation of your magic?
gentle coming to me?
like chariots galloping gleefully
in the distance.
lying in wait for you
