ASMR: Discovering a world!
Holissteemians This time I want to talk about a relatively new phenomenon, which is currently causing a stir and is the ASMR which means b "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response" a term that was described in around 2010 almost nothing it is about those pleasant sensations, of relaxation, warmth and even some people refer to a tingling in any part of the body but preferably in the head in response to specific stimuli either to certain tactile sensations, to soft whispering voices, the sound of brushing something like hair or scratching , is a term almost exclusively used on the internet, especially video bloggers aka Youtubers.
There are different types of ASMR; the tactile, visual, auditory and other more specialized such as the "ultra-sensory" or the "hypnotic", but the most popular on the internet are the visual and auditory. Of the tactile we can emphasize the Slime massage a pillow stuffed with balls of polystyrene (of this type is my favorite) the most popular here would be the "bubble wrap"
It is not the video that I saw the first time, but it is VERY similar
Just as the responses to ASMR are varied, from a feeling of calm to euphoria, there are also different types of ASMR with * different triggers * (that would be that stimulus unchains for pleasurable sensations) on youtube and I will mention some of them:
1 ) Roleplay
It's the kind of video that I mentioned earlier, there are all kinds as doctors , dentists, carpenters and erotic games not as erotic as this one:
[ASMR Erotic Roleplay: Comfort Jacket Protective Boyfriend](
2) EatingSounds (Food sounds):
This is one of my favorites, is the sound produced when chewing crunchy food especially, in this case I not only like to listen if not, see.
This is one of my * ASMR artis * favorites, she suffers from a degenerative bone disease that has no cure, she before discovering the literal ASMR could not stop from the bed because of the pain , this helped her with her problem and With this he decided to become a Youtuber to help people cope with anxiety and stress.
3) haircut ( Haircuts ) :
they make sounds of haircut, it may sound crazy but it is really relaxing, some apply the "3D" effect that leaves the feeling that they were cutting your hair, but of course the one who records it needs a good recording equipment and the listener needs good headphones.
4) whispers:
5) tapping and scratching:
I like these too, they can scratch directly the microphone or other surfaces I've seen some that are like unboxing parodies and what they do is scratch and tap the boxes and content.
6) LIQUID SOUNDS
7) there are also these very interesting visual ASMRs:
There are also several artist that have tried the ASMR as *my mommy Miss. Gal Gadot *
To conclude I would like to give you some advice if you want to use these videos.
- 1) Have an open mind
- 2) Do not despair, does not work for everyone, look at them without expectations
- 3) If you decide to use them, do it right: use good headphones.
- 4) Keep in mind the environment, ideally in your room with lightsoff, lying down or a comfortable chair, good temperature.
- 5) If you have diagnostic or anxiety and they recommended these videos ok use them but do not neglect the medical treatment (pharmacological and therapy )
