Celtic Knotwork - knotwork panel VII
Hi friends!
To draw knots within a more organic shape, different from a square or rectangle, you should follow the same principles seen in previous posts.
So, draw a shape similar to this drawing in the image below.
First, draw the inner contour of the shape, then divide the open side above into three equal parts, and then again, divide each third into two equal parts.
So you'll get the six cells you'll need to draw the grid.
To make this knot you'll need to draw a 6-cell by 18-cell grid.
Below the 8th row, draw break lines on both sides as shown in the next image.
So, you can draw the loop now like we did in previous posts.
Give your loop the width you want, according to your feelings.
The same, to get a nice, final result give the colours you love to the endless loop of the knotwork.
