Branches, brushstrokes of colour II (#club100)
Hi friends!
I would like to propose the following exercise, similar to the previous ones but going one step further. We will try to create a feeling of depth.
Using a round brush, spread a light colour as shown below. Wait for the paint to dry completely.
Then, in the same way that we have painted the branches in the previous exercises, paint some branches and leaves.
Now, with a slightly darker colour, paint other branches and leaves on top of the ones already painted.
Repeat the same process one more time.
And again, with an even darker colour.
Don't look for perfection, this is an exercise aimed at understanding how to work by adding layers of watercolour paint.

That's beautiful sir,
Will try and share with you
Great!
Love this one, the background colour is good idea because later on it is not possible to make it so nice. That made me think about the still life composition with for example a vase and flowers, where the background is already done and only the front details need to be done. I hope we will come to that stage of your watercolour tutorial too.
I hope that too!
Thank you very much for your support.
