Well I passed 2800CTP today.
Jon thanks for the awesome reply to my question. I will start adding the CTP tag to my Teach myself Python posts. I am not sure I am good enough to actually teach Python, but if people have basic questions I would be happy to learn alongside them while trying to help.
Crushing it man!!!! Thank you so much for all your support!
You're Welcome. You told me that the more I create, the better my content will become. I've created two posts this week. A first for me. Now I look for ways to improve my posts by shortening the content and being more precise. I'm learning a lot each week by actually doing the items presented in training. Road to 3KCTP seems like something to strive for. BTW...what is SteemBasicIncome and where can I find more info on it? Hope I didn't miss it in the training.
It's pretty amazing what we can accomplish when we just 'start' creating and do it regularly.
Awesome stuff :)
It's mentioned inside of @SteemSavvy , but you can check out SBI here @SteemBasicIncome
Wow the price of steem for me at least is great, I added over 500 more steem at the new lower price. Now is a great time to get steem. There were a great number of great posts to up vote so much that my power was down to 50% for a couple of days. Great show as always Jon keep up the great work.
Thanks man, keep stackin' those Steem!!!
Content creation sounds like what I need to be doing, Jon! as you know, I'm a great fan of micro-blogging on various social media sites especially Twitter. OK if I write tweet content on CTPtalk and uplift onto Twitter? I guess I mean, how do we do that? Thanks heaps.
at the bottom of every post is a link to share on twitter

I'm a bot. I detect haiku.
What @shadowspub mentioned...Under each post on CTPtalk is a link to share on various social media sites :)
Well what can I say, my new road is 30,000 :)
I am almost at 3600 and going strong.
Even managed a blog post on my phone yesterday morning in the dark with no power.
Having fun :)
Thanks everyone and Jon for the ride so far.

ha ha ha ha awesome man, great to hear that!
Ya we might need to bump it up lol
is a post eligible for ctp if it simply contains affiliate links or should the article cover a helpful topic about affiliate marketing?
Imho I definitely feel a post that provides value to the community is best. Anyone can just throw some links out there but this can be easily disregarded. What we want is to share personal journeys, things we are passionate about (affiliate marketing or something dear to your heart), your why. Something that truly resonates with people out there will get the most attention (& you can even provide links and images throughout the post as well). 🙏

Yeah what Pixie mentioned...As long as it's of value, I think it's fair game. I'm not 'anti-affiliate link' at all...In fact, I think it's smart to add links to posts that you are passionate about the products....As long as it's not a link farm, which is jut a mess anyways lol aff links are fine on CTPtalk :)
Seeing great content past week, I have got fired up even more to write about content creation and encouraging others to get more involved in this awesome community...
The snowball is starting to roll...
Yessir!
And again, thank you for everything you are doing...You are really helping us spread the word!
My goal is 30,000 most definitely & on the way. 😊 I am in this whole journey for keeps.
I love seeing people expand their horizons in this community; sharing their passions & really stepping out on faith.
It's exciting to think how much it will grow over time & I have no doubt it will. Just as long as people keep on sharing & creating, that's what keeps everything thriving. That also equals more profit. 😉
Keep on inspiring, Jon! Always grateful to be a part of CTP! 💞🙌

Appreciate that Jenn. Yup for sure, onwards and upwards...No slowing this train down now!
Thanks for a great video @jongolson, and yeah there is really a lot of great content on CTPtalk now, so much that my VP went below 70% for two days in a row, I might need to lease some more SP or something.
And I will continue with my videos as soon as my voice recovers from the current cold/flu, keep up your great work and stay awesome.

Thanks man...I get down to around 90 and sometimes 80....Mostly because I get so busy during the day, I forget to curate with the Jon G account.....But CTP is always out there voting people.
Great, yeah I just found so many great posts I got carried away a bit, normally I try to not go below 80 or in some cases 75, stay awesome man.
Stackin and hodling every day. The price of Steem has no bearing because I'm not worried about "selling". Some days I get 15 tokens, some days I get several hundred. The important thing is, with creation and curation, I earn every single day. It's not hard at all. Create and people will discover you and reward you. I started at 500 tokens a few short weeks ago. I'm way beyond that now for being active here. Anyone with a phone or tablet or pc can do this and be successful.
Yup...I read that too today in an article...The author didn't care at all about the price, because they never had any intention of selling. That's the problem with crypto, people try to flip it before seeing where this stuff is going...
I always treat Steem as a marathon not a sprint. Earn for the longterm.
