In memory of incredible spiritualist troubadour fakir Lalon shah (c.1774-1890), a three-day lalon celebration will start at lalon akhra of cheuria town in kushtia from today.

The 127th demise commemoration of fakir lalon shah, the most conspicuous figure of nation's baul convention, was seen at chheuriya in kushtia on Monday in the midst of tight safety efforts.

Like earlier years, on the event, the akhra saw a deluge of lovers and admirers from all finished Bangladesh and abroad. A fascination of the occasion was a baul mela.
