The website traffic for Steemit.com primarily comes from 3 countries

As you might have guessed, the vast majority of traffic for Steemit.com comes from the US.

In fact, almost a quarter of all traffic to Steemit.com comes from the US.

However, the next 2 countries may surprise you, check it out:

After the US, we have India and South Korea accounting for the next largest traffic numbers.

While traffic numbers aren't the same as account numbers, but they are likely very similar.

Meaning most of our users are from the US, India, and South Korea.

Which means, we do not want a blanket crypto ban in India as that might impact our numbers.

Unfortunately, the overall website traffic has been trending down and down and down over the past several months

Dropping some 2,300 spots in the last 3 months.

This could be from some users to jumping to other steem front ends, but the vast majority of the decline is probably due to slumping crypto prices and perhaps some to do with the recent HF.

It was the most controversial HF since I have been involved with steem, with many prominent steemians leaving once it was announced as official.

Either way, hopefully this is a trend we can see reverse itself with new steem and communities/SMTs launching in the next several months.

Sort:

and has fallen sharply. Need to pull a 180 here soon

Communities and SMTs?

All the rest is using steempeak ;)

Yep, probably.
