Short positions at second highest level in over a year
Shorts are at the highest levels since April.
What happened in April when short positions were this high?
We rallied close to 50% off of the lows.

Well the higher the shorts go, I guess the more thigh gets sun. But you have to be careful, because that skin is very white and tender.
