The world is changing and we better get onboard

There are likely going to be a number of bitcoin and crypto related bills making their way through Congress in the coming months.

At least their should be.

Ones like the Bitcoin HODL Act, which was just introduced:

I'm not up to date on all the laws surrounding bitcoin seizure by law enforcement, but I do know they have performed quite a few auctions in the past of seized bitcoin.

This Act would allow/require them to hold the bitcoin until further notice.

Considering the fact that bitcoin has only gone up over time, it would probably make sense for them to hold bitcoin instead of dumping it immediately.
