This is the second major bill to pass the House this week...

The Genius Bill passed and now the Clarity Act.

Crypto week is progressing as expected thus far.

Whether or not these actually end up being good for crypto remains to be seen, but net net it is better than letting the SEC etc dictate the rules as they see fit.

Now at least there is some framework being set.
