Use the Bridge to send your STEEM and have it show up in your metamask wallet on the Binance Smart Chain network as BSTEEM.

Once it is there as BSTEEM, you simply pair it with the same USD amount of BNB and add it to the farm.

Once in the farm you will start earning that almost 200% APR shown above.
