Not everyday looks like this but when it does snap and photo and share it with others. Okay so it might not of looked like this when I snapped the photo but I already had it in my head I was going to change the background so it was about getting an interesting over all photo.

I learn that where you stand when looking at the scene is important as the scene it self as the sun can really ruin a good shot if facing it or to little light in the wrong place, over exposure is head to fix in photos like this one however it can be done if you're creative enough and learn how to use the tools from gimp. I do have a little more saturation, I was testing out the hue - saturation and hue croma tools to see what I could do.

I uploaded this photo to show how much of a difference it really is. The details make so much difference in a photo that it can change the over all photo, A little contrast and some hue- saturation to bring up the color tones to fit the over all feeling of the photo. Lets add some darkness and shadows as the sunsets it should be darker but keep the color and over all tone to match the background.

As you can see the blue hue needs to be removed so I'll use the clone tool to match the color tone while adding in some details so it doesn't look so flat. An opacity of around 20 should do the trick, and we should make the brush a little smaller 20 to 50ish should be okay.
