A mindful walk out on the lake serves a clearer mind for the day. Of course know that and doing it are two different things, like eating right, exercising and getting proper rest. Humans are so hard to connect on that level and why is that? We live in a world that follows none of the natural laws and we try to be so different then the animals that are just apart of nature. An animal generally isn't evil or good but rather a chaotic creature of nature. It does what it has to when it has to and most the time it pertains to survival. Humans did this from the beginning but we think that we are so much smarter then the natural world around us.

The only problem is that humans don't live that long and they can't verify anything with facts when it comes to evolving into something greater then the sum of there parts. We have science but even the people science know what is right is right for right now and will change tomorrow as it's all stepping stones to the truth.

We are so far away from understanding anything that we are like new born children trying to understand the world around them. For now lets not try to distance our self to far from nature because when we mess up and make mistakes we need to remind out self that the natural methods are to fall back on. Remove that net and you will fall all the way to the ground. I'm just we don't know enough about anything so lets not throw away the only things that work because of pride or be used by bad actors who have an agenda.
