What does geology mean to you? »şţӗӗmiţ«

It is something that I have been asked several times, and as I first knew astronomy, I confess that the definition I will give is not so common.

When I met the planets, I always wondered why the gaseous were bigger than the rocky ones ... I later learned from astronomy that gold, silver, uranium and many other heavy elements are extremely difficult to create in nature, and yet We have them here, as if a cosmic chance told us how fortunate we are, beyond the aesthetic brilliance of these elements.

At the end I found some sense because our planet, compared to our star, is insignificant; But in this tiny space there has been the fragile set of events necessary for that heap of elements fused in the primeval nebula to give way to countless complex processes ... and here we are, with an immensely rich, amazing, fascinating and vast planet by discover. For me that is geology.
