There is no happiness or unhappiness in the world, the existing is a comparison between one state and another, no more than that. Those who feel deep sadness can at another time experience the ultimate happiness. Now what is happiness? Are feelings of inner peace and contentment It is tested when there are no fears, concerns, worries or negative pessimistic thoughts. And happiness is usually experienced when the individual does the work he loves, or when he gets something he wants. When someone around you reminds you of goodness, you feel happy, but if they speak negatively about you, you feel unhappy and very sad. Why we rely on external forces to feel happy? Or do we let these forces determine our happiness? We must trust ourselves and not make criticism distress and sadness in us. We must take care of our happiness and mental health. But is this possible? The answer is yes we can. Mind training can make it happen. Many of us make the mistake of believing that they do not deserve happiness and live with misery as if it were their inevitable fate. The truth of the situation is that happiness, just like anything in life, must be cultivated, nurtured and supported.

How to achieve happiness in your life:

1. Do not think about numbness:

You are too precious to live under pressure. The issue is not what happens to you, but rather your perception of what is happening and how you react to what is happening is what makes the difference. You have to understand that happiness and misery are a continuous flow of events in material life. You are affected by it if you consider what is happening part of you. As long as what is happening is not destructive, see it as something ridiculous that can be disposed of.

2. Convince yourself that you are in good shape:

Your happiness is your responsibility. All seasons of the year are beautiful for a person who carries a feeling of happiness inside him. Accept life as it is. One of the best ways to obtain inner peace is "meditation." When the mind becomes calm and relaxed, it is easy to choose happiness, as usual, for your personality.

**3. Nothing lasts: **

Happiness is nothing but health and memory is weak. What the individual needs to be happy is inside him at all times, regardless of the challenges that are taking place outside or around you. You do not need to focus on the past or the future, but on what is happening now. Trying to change things that you cannot control will make you feel frustrated. Know what you can and cannot control, and focus only on the things that you can control or experience that you may.

4. Do not compare yourself with others:

This is difficult, but it is a good way to accept who you are and what you have. If you find yourself comparing you to a successful or famous friend, colleague or person, you should stop immediately. Be aware that you are different, with different abilities and talents. You should compete with yourself, not someone else. You can make them your ideals, but don't compare yourself with them, be sad and become unhappy. Misery can be defined as the difference between our exaggerated talents and aspirations. Jealousy and anger will grow misery inside you and stand a barrier between you and any feeling of happiness. You must know that success is not the key to happiness. The opposite is true. Happiness is the key to success. A happy person will think positively, act, and believe that he is doing a good job that he hopes will lead him to success. Comparing yourself with others will make you not feel any success that you may be achieving, which will make you not complete and fail.

5. The number of advantages:

See someone less than you. There is so much that we should be thankful for being in our personality and in our lives. When you realize how much blessings God has bestowed upon you and not others you will feel happy. Compare yourself and what you have with what you do not have to feel that you are better and you have a lot that makes your life happy.

6. Giving is getting:

Giving is the key to happiness. He always feels that we will be happy if we take and possess. The truth is that happiness lies in giving rather than taking. If a person lives for himself, he will be hated and rejected by those around him for his selfishness. Where is happiness in that?

7. Surround yourself with positive people:

It's easy to think of negativity when you are surrounded by desperate, miserable people who feel no happiness. Conversely, if you are surrounded by happy optimists who spread happiness and optimism around you. Misery is contagious, and happiness is contagious. Try to choose your positive optimistic friends to be like them and bring happiness to your life.
