I got to thinking about this crazy technological revolution we have been going through and where it will take us...

ROBOTS.png
The people at Boston Dynamics have released much footage of the insanely terrifying looking robot dog about to be available for the consumer market. If you havent seen it go look it up and be afraid. We see the self checkout stations dominating the grocery store. Not only that but people are shopping online for pretty much anything and we are seeing more brick and mortar stores closing than ever, I mean check out this article:

We are seeing "automation" happening in the world at a greater strength than ever before. Why wouldnt we give all the work to robots? They dont tire out. They dont steal or complain. They are the perfect employees. but what happens to us humans?

More than a third of U.S. jobs could be at "high risk" of automation by the early 2030s, a percentage that's greater than in Britain, Germany and Japan, according to a report released Friday.
The analysis, by accounting and consulting firm PwC, emphasized that its estimates are based on the anticipated capabilities of robotics and artificial intelligence, and that the pace and direction of technological progress are “uncertain.”
It said that in the U.S., 38% of jobs could be at risk of automation, compared with 30% in Britain, 35% in Germany and 21% in Japan.

The rise of the robot!

I watched a video recently on Youtube. It basically explained that artificial intelligence is going to take over our country as far as jobs go. Why would we do the work if computers can do it much more efficiently and at little cost. If this cycle continues and we continue to give work to the computers the ones who learn how to code will be the ones who have the best jobs and brightest future. The film explained that we need to start teaching programming, coding, and scripting to children in schools with that it will be necessary for them to get a job in the near future. What are your thoughts on this concept? Should we be worried about the loss of jobs due to computers? Should we accept the fate that is the technological revolution and begin our coding adventures? Let me know in the comments!
