My Vision and Mission on the Steemit Platform
Hello everyone at steem for BetterLife community, I want to thank @irawandedy for this contest which is geared at helping us to tell people about our vision and mission on steemit.
After hearing about steemit from my brother @imohmitch, I was very reluctant to join because of the many stories of bad actors on the web3 metaverse.
So my brother had to show me how it works and told me that it is a great platform to write and create content. I love writing and expressing my ideas and I saw that the Steemit platform makes my idea of how creating content should be, even more exciting. This is my vision and mission on the Steemit platform after I joined in 2022.

Visions are needed to make life meaningful and appreciated. In everything in life, we need to have visions when doing them and also plan towards achieving those goals.
My vision on steemit is to become a great content creator. I want my contents to be of the best standards. I want to be a successful content creator who is an example to other writers and creators on the Steemit Platform by. This is not excluding the rewards of steem that comes with it. This is my vision for the Steemit platform

It is one thing to have a vision and it is another to enact it. When a vision isn't executed, it is only known to be just a dream. I have set aside and taken practical steps to accomplish this vision and goal. Becoming a great content creator on steemit needs a lot of commitment and dedication and these are what I am doing to accomplish this vision...
- Following Great Content creators on the platform. The first thing I did was to follow and read from people who posted good content on the platform. I watched how they wrote and how they tried to arrange their content in an orderly manner. One worthy of such mention is @patjewell. I stumbled on her post about how to create a diary game and I was so focused on reading it.

Looking out for great contest and learning how to write is one mission I embarked on too from the beginning and I can say it helped me on the way to achieving my vision.
Commenting and voting for other content creators: To achieve goals in steemit, one must support other creators. I didn't really understand this at first but with proper tutelage, I knew what to do. I started supporting other creators and this helped me to connect with other writers and creators on this space.
How do you resolve the obstacles faced in realizing this vision? |

My first obstacle was not knowing how to apply markdown when writing. It looked so difficult and stressful. So my first contest post, I was reminded by an admin that I have to know how to apply markdowns first before starting to join contest.
I would say I didn't know a lot of things about writing a quality post.
So I went back to study more about markdowns and tried applying it to my post to make it look better.
Since then, I have been removing obstacles like being active everyday. It is not easy to be active on steemit everyday but I have tried to achieve that in the past one year.
This is my vision and mission on steemit.
