Ikan asin perak
Inilah ikan asin yang sangat bernilai, kenapa tidak,karena nama nya aja ikan perak....
Tapi masih ada lagi ikan yang sangat bernilai,nama nya ikan mas(emas)tapi ikan mas gak diasinin...dan hidup di kolam air tawar...
Ikan asin ini bisa disimpan dalam waktu lama,beda dengan ikan segar yang waktu simpan nya cuma satu hari itupun harus dikasih es batu...
