obs studio is free and open source you can record your screen with it and point out stuff that you want.. camtasia is what i use but there are others..
sorry buddy that vid was terrible to watch. not focussed cant see the numbers. i want to encourage you to explain more what you do and how you do it. content looks very good and interesting.
ah. my apologises.. youtube setting was 144p. cranked up to 720p and all crystal clear.
