Greetings steemians regards to every one how are you all doing today hope you are fine and healthy by the way I'm john by name it's my pleasure having you guys all in this contest "The food I love the most" organized here @steem4nigeria

THE FOOD I LOVE MOST
While growing up as a child I discovered that food is what every body likes eating except for those who don't have the ability and privilege to do so, at the same I noticed that each and every individual have their choice of food they prefer and love eating most, so today I will be sharing with you the story of the food I love most.

Are you a foodie or would you prefer snacks? Why do you love food or snacks?
I don't think is possible to prefer snacks over food even people who finds it hard to cooksome one like me would prefer snacks over food for what reason?, what am trying to say is that I love food so much that foodie is not enough word to describe somebody like me,
I love or like food when is properly and well prepared, by the way food is more nutritional and sweeter than snacks depends the kind of food, food also serves and last longer in our stomach than snacks.

Tell us about the food you love the most and it's health benefits and how often you eat it.

The food I loves eating most is jellof rice and beans cooked together, rice and beans is among the popular food eating by people around the world, which gives the body protein and carbohydrates as well as starch also, I really loves eating this particular meal right from my childhood till now I can say my love for this particular food is extraordinary especially when prepared with enough smoked fish and palm oil that's how I like mine to be, like I said earlier Rice and beans provides the body with carbohydrates, protein, starch, the high fiber content, vitamin and so on. Rice and beans is a meal eating almost by everyone except some aged people who dislikes it because of the starch content in it but that's not an excuse for me, this maybe because of enough starch in their body system or they ate it too much in their youth age which I know "too much of anything is bad" quoted by Mark Twain.

Share step by step on how the food you love the most is prepared and add pictures too.

Am not really a good cook because I belly cooks at home because my sister and mom is always available to do the cookings and other kitchen chores but at least I can narrate some steps through my small experience and observation.

The first step is talking the quantity of rice and beans needed parboiled both of them differently and drain the first water because the beans is hard than the rice, after that make arrangements of the ingredients and spice that we be needed then fry the tomatoes, pepper and onions for a while then add water to it so that it won't burn, then add the spice's and fish or meat any one of your choice then allow it to boil for some times before putting the rice and beans together in the pot then allow water to get dry but if they is need to add water you can do so before it gets ready.
