This food is considered as the traditional and national dish of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It is composed of chicken (roasted or grilled ) and rice ( usually long grain ) and is served best with blended tomatoes, onions, hot sauce and a few raisins. And the best part in my experience is eating while in an Indian seat. Its like having a feast and eating like a king. !!
