I thank my God always for you, for the grace of God that was given to you in Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1: 4 King James Version (KJV)

"The grace of God" is the unmerited favor that man has received from God, through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross to redeem the sins of humanity.

Paul highlights in his first letter to the Corinthian church, the grace of God to the brothers of the church, through the favor received in Christ, whose favor is translated into salvation.

Paul confirms that God's grace was given to them through Christ.

In John 3:16, the Lord declares his love for humanity through Christ, so that it remains for each person to believe in this divine grace of God so that there may be salvation, as it is written: “He who believes will be saved, and he who does not believe will be condemned ”.

Grace is freely received, it has no price for man, the cost was paid by Christ on the cross for us.

What the Christian must understand is that the grace of God we have received and it is in our hearts. Every believer must value the high price paid on the cross by Christ in order for us to have life.

Grace translates for the Christian into eternal life. This was what Paul wanted to remind the brothers in Corinth, in which they understood that in Christ, the grace of God is eternal life.
