202/ One of the problems is people in my server promote people to the highest roles they can give which is not a good idea to do, they're often randomly or chaotically promoting, demoting and muting people without thinking it through; for years, people have been doing this. 203/ Part of me is considering rewarding people who share screenshots of this tweet thread to my Oatmeal World Discord Server to show people my thoughts and to help people understand the larger context of the things happening for the record which is a long story, like a big book. 204/ People sometimes do screenshot me but it is usually after I beg them to or in rare situations where they happen to stumble upon something they feel like sharing; at the moment, it seems not many are gonna share these posts here on Elon Musk's Twitter X to my chat group. 205/ I'm not even saying people must show people these tweets but I say all of this to say not many are really following me since they don't really always study my daily blog, my articles, my YouTube videos (never mind videos on TikTok) and other content since like 1995 or so. 206/ Like not many are even reading these words in this tweet thread here; meaning there are probably not many super Oatmeal Fans out there in the world at the moment as far as I know, but some might lie and say that I do have many fans or whatever; but we can see that's rubbish. 207/ Too many people in my Discord Server seem to high roles that are too high at the moment, too often they either don't have what it takes to have higher roles or they choose not to make better choices; my desire is to find better people to bring more order to the server. 208/ It's unlikely that many or any will read this and come into my chat group like Rick Grimes of The Walking Dead to bring justice to my dead lands of a Discord Server; but regardless, the motto of my server is to promote the best and demote the worst; there is nuance in it all. 209/ From the outside looking in, you'd think my mods all have bipolar as they either give people roles that are too high or too low with little ability to add nuance as you don't always have to promote or demote or mute people up too high or too low over the smallest things. 210/ I'd recommend that people under the age of 30 years old be not promoted above admin in most cases generally speaking with few exceptions because many of the younger people can be too immature and foolish in what they do as they try to govern my server on Discord. 211/ For years I've tried expressing these desires to only have the best mods run my online communities and I often ran into lolcow trolls who raided my Discord Server multiple times over the years; but if you can do better, be my guest and come save my server from the monsters. 02:01 PM: 213/ As seen in this screenshot, it sometimes appears to me that people lie about people in my server, that they try doxing people, they try attacking and going after people; not saying everything is a lie as there can be nuance and levels to deception and ommission and more. 214/ Tubby at Trwt might be lying about Time who was in my server but left, Tubby is talking about Time's server, Tubby might have said Tubby is a pedo or something; I don't exactly know what to believe; but there seems not to be enough information to make an informed opinion. 215/ People often jump to premature opinions taking things out of context and character and patterns and intentions like they do with me with the Oatmeal Fake News and the Trump Fake News and so on and people have this addiction to spam deception without enough research. 216/ This is why we need better mods in my server to rise up to higher roles so they can demote people like Tubby and many others who are too immature and too foolish to have roles higher than mods; thousands of people in my server should probably be below mods or admins. 217/ My Discord Server is run by the people meaning people have the power to promote and demote people up and down to and from different roles and position to and from different levels to make members mods, admins, masters, rulers, gods and so on and so forth. 218/ If you're in my server, you may have the power to manage roles to a degree but that doesn't mean you should do so in a way that will make the server worse; but a lot of people are evil or have no idea what they're doing as they're only there for fun which they're free to. 219/ But my hope is to someday find better mods who have the guts and the wisdom to know which roles people should have based on a number of factors not limited to just age or personal feelings; like people need to be better vetted and anonymous accounts shouldn't be above admins. 220/ I mean generally speaking many people shouldn't have roles above admins in my server outside of maybe a few very rare exceptions and yet too many people already have roles above admins in my server which means the mods and gods in my server are incompentent and disqualified.
