On the 22nd of May 2010 , the first bitcoin transaction for a consumer product took place. For two pizzas Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10 000 Bitcoin exactly 8 years ago today.
As we celebrate the milestone for the adoption of Bitcoin, looking at the the current Bitcoin price today those two pizzas are now worth $82 000 000
8 years ago 1 Bitcoin traded for $0.004 no one knew it will be trading for $8200 today.
Steem could be work $100 in a year or two, more reason for us to keep steeming invariably placing ourselves in a strong position.
