Yeah that have happened and there was a lot of discussions if steemit inc. Should have finally find a way to pegged it again back to $1 and even if there was never any official announcement that I have seen around I think that's what they have done it. But let's see if the HF20 will also influence the value of the SBD with the changes that will bring eheheh
