Generic vaccine exemption letter (flu )

To whom it may concern.
Vaccine Exemption on Religious Grounds,
Not only is it morally wrong to question another's faith but it is also unconstitutional to be forced to explain it to a government official /institution . It should be enough to say no to being administered a vaccine without having to explain why,
That being said not only have vaccines been linked to numerous neurological /psychological /behavioral disorders but it is also linked to SIDS and Gullian-Barre Syndrome to name a few.
Now to the list of admitted ingredient: Aluminum , Themorasol (mercury ),MSG and Formaldehyde,. Even if a vaccine without mercury is requested the CDC admits that there may be trace amounts of still present in the vaccine. The vaccine still has the other toxic ingredients. Some of which bioaccumulate in the body.
That is still not enough to satisfy the State's requirement to be granted an exemption from the State mandated vaccine One has to satisfy the arbitrary requirement that it conflicts with ones faith. What is required at this point is not oonly the toxic nature of the adjuvans which the State has exempt themselves and the vaccine manufacturers from prosecutionn, but also that it conflicts with ones religious beliefs,

It is against my faith to use or to benefit from the death of anothe, Some vaccines are grown on the fetal tissue of aborted babies. To useaborted babies in this way is abhorrent and a Sin and to use dead babies in this way is to condone this abhorrent procedure.
As for the vaccine thst are grown in chicken eggs, monkey tissue, bovine tissue, etc the bible says
Luke 13,1-5 "Those who mix human blood with the blood of sacrificed animals are sinners"
