Family Matters.

This is my cousin, she’s a huge part of my life. Especially me being an only child, she has pretty much given me the ability to feel what it’s like to have a sibling. She lives in Australia so it’s not that often I get to see my fam from that part of the world.

But when we all met up in Sri Lanka this year, we had a great time during some golden hour by the pool. Well I’m sure my cousins had a great time in the pool. But it was golden hour! That’s my kinda great time, and it’s only an hour or so... so that makes it even more special :)

Just wanted to grab some photos of my family in the pool for some memories but it lead to some photos that were a little more interesting because I had water to work with and that gorgeous golden light.

It was another good reminder to just grab the camera whenever you think there’s some potential. Or even when you don’t! But once you start shooting.. you just never know what you’ll end up with.
