The XFL was an ambitious venture in the early 2000's that incorporated the theatrics of pro wrestling with professional, American football.

Ya know, I'm still waiting to collect on a bet on whether or not this would've taken off the first time around... No need to give it a second go-around.

I know the whole Kaepernick thing has people all emotional and shit... But get over it before this fucking clown car actually gets some legs... Burn merchandise on the grill to your hearts content, and cry about how your anthem is so sacred that an athlete taking a knee in protest will shatter your fragile sensibilities to the point that you'll let a hustler like Vince McMahon co-opt your Sundays with silly, scripted theatrics...

I know it's tough to be the bigger man sometimes. But how far are you going to take an NFL boycott over a silly "take-a-knee", before you find yourself watching a sad, Saturday morning cartoon version of your favorite Sunday past time? Don't let Vince McMahon capitalize on your misguided, politically charged emotions.
