They did. But it seems like all of the consoles in the 90's, bit-war era had awesome advertisements. Especially in the magazines like EGM and Gamepro. Almost every ad featured some cool kid playing a video game while flying on a rocket surfboard in outer space. That's how you knew you were playing with POWER!
