Greetings Everyone,

July is the month for our Physical Examination. It determines if we are physically fit for work. That will include weight, optical, blood pressure, urinalysis, etc. We all seek the best results. In case of any problems with our health, there is a probability that we will not allow to work and return to the Philippines.

As a senior worker, I invited some of my co-workers to join "Biggest Loser, the biggest loser, the winner". The activity runs for a month.

The registration fee is 1000 yen and this will be the prize for the winner. Most of us are overweight by 63 - 67 kilos. I furthermore initiated activities like running games after work, cooking activities, and Japanese lessons for new workers.
The activity was already in a week and it has a lot of fun. Our goal is to be healthy and to pass the medical examination. I hope for all the success for all of us.
