Fried fish for breakfast!

Just wanna share my breakfast for today. It's a fried fish. Fish is good for our body because we can obtain some nutrients from it. It is rich in omega-3, protein and vitamin D and lots of other vitamins and minerals can be obtain by eating fish especially those with white flesh. In some studies, it also shows that fish lowers heart disease and somehow reduced brain damage as we get older. In some cases like in children, fish also prevents asthma. So let's teach the kids to love fish while their because it's very good for the body's health.

Aside from its benefit, fish is very easy to prepare and very much available anytime, anywhere!
Now let's eat!
