""🕒 Hot News Time Master Contest 2025"".
1️⃣ What rule do you follow the most in time management every day and why?
The rule that I follow the most in time management every day is to focus on the most important task first. I follow this rule because tracking the most impactful task early sets the tone for a productive day and reduces procrastination. Once I have done the task that I prioritize the most, it gives me the free time to focus on other things.
2️⃣ When do you feel like you waste the most time? Why?
I feel like I waste the most time during the transition between tasks or when I am going through my phone without anything impactful. Such moments make me feel passive and unstructured, leading to time wasting.
3️⃣ Do you have any effective time management tools or apps that you use?
Yes, I have and the following are the time management tools/apps that I am using:
- Google Calendar which I use for scheduling
- Notion which I do use for journaling and task planning
- Pomodoro timer which I use to monitor serious work
- Forest app which I use to stay focused
4️⃣ What is your most effective strategy for balancing study/work and personal life?
Time blocking and switching off my phone is what I use for balancing study, work, and personal life.
5️⃣ What changes do you want to make in time management in the next 1 month?
The change that I want to make in time management in the next 1 month is for me to reduce the time I spend on low-priority tasks and batch similar tasks together to reduce my switching over. Also, I want to build a consistent evening shutdown routine to better unwind and use my time properly without stressing myself.
I am inviting: @woka-happiness, @jasminemary and @dave-hanny
