Raiblocks and scalability

One of the biggest problems in crypto at the moment is scalability. Does raiblocks solve that problem?

Transactions per second:
Bitcoin = 7
Ethereum = 15
Litecoin = 50
Ripple = 1,500
Raiblocks = 7,000!?

That said, raiblocks is up over 100x ($0.30 to over $33) in less than 1 month. Does it still have room to grow or will we see a correction?
