Starbucks Latte
First, I need to acknowledge that with all the hardship in the world I have no right to complain about anything, especially something as trivial as this. With that being said, here goes.
I visit Starbucks in the afternoon if you times a week and I only ever get one thing, a latte. Starbucks offers two categories of latte on their menu. These are latte and iced latte. Notice that the fiat type is not, “hot latte”. So why is it that when I go through the drive-through and order a latte the barista asks me if I want it hot or iced? If I wanted it iced, I would have ordered an iced latte. I don’t care if it’s 110 outside. If I order a latte, I expect a latte without any question. That is all.
